Ex-factory Inspection Items
1.Appearance and dimension check
The assembly must be compact, firm, and installed properly, operated flexibly
Steel parts and copper parts should be without glitches and other defects
Dimension should be in according with values specified on drawing
The nameplate and accessories should be completed.
2.Galvanized layer inspection: ISO 1461:2009
Avergae minimum coating thickness will be ≥85μm, 600g/m2
3.To-earth insulation resistance detection
To-earth insulation resistance ≥15GΩ
4.Mechanical and operation test
Manual operate “closed” and “open”5 times
Use a thin wire instead of fuse link, and cut it off at the specified mounting angle
Fuse under 60N axial tension keep 30min
5.Power frequency withstand voltage test
Our fuse cutout can be subjected to 1 min power-frequency voltage dry tests, as specified by IEC 60060.
