JS series discharge counters are connected in series under the arrester. It is a device used for lightning arrester whose voltage is below 220kV, it is mainly for recording the number of arrester operations. The ambient conditions of the place where the counter is used are the same as those of the connected lightning arrester. It is not suitable for places where there are gases that severely corrode metals and insulating parts, where there is serious pollution and severe vibration.
We regret to inform you that our products are not available for retail sales, MOQ should be 100pcs. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Description
JS series discharge counters are connected in series under the arrester. It is a device used for lightning arrester whose voltage is below 220kV, it is mainly for recording the number of arrester operations. The ambient conditions of the place where the counter is used are the same as those of the connected lightning arrester. It is not suitable for places where there are gases that severely corrode metals and insulating parts, where there is serious pollution and severe vibration.
Product Feature
The discharge counter is mainly composed of valves, silicon bridge rectifiers, capacitors, electromagnetic counters and other components. It uses the discharge current through the arrester to generate a voltage on the valve plate (non-linear resistance), then it charges the capacitor through the silicon bridge rectifier, making the coils of electromagnetic counter discharge with form of DC current to move the counter, therefore, it can achieve operation times to be recorded.
Advantage
It has the advantages of high sensitivity, accurate and reliable recording, clear and obvious display, light structure, beautiful appearance, convenient installation and use, and reliable sealing.
Packing
Several different grades of packaging are available depending on the mode of transport and expected storage conditions. Special packaging arrangements are available upon user request.
Specification Chart
Model | Product Description | Voltage grade of system | Nominal Discharge Current (kV) | Motion Current Range (kA) | Additional Resisdual Voltage under Nominal Current (KV) | 2ms Square Wave Discharge Capacity (A) | 4/10μs high current withstand (kA) |
JS-8 | Common Counter | 3-66kV | 5 | 50-5000 | 1 | 400 | 65 |
JCQ-II | Current Type On-line Monitor | 3-220kV | 10 | 50-5000 | 1 | 600 | 100 |
Application
Refer to the outline drawing for installation. The running monitor should be connected in series between the arrester and the ground. Firstly, install the M10×40 bolt of the monitor near the base of the arrester, at a position convenient for testing and observation. Then connect the grounding busbar, and connect the high-voltage outlet end to the two Φ15 mounting holes on the insulating base of the arrester by M10*30 bolts and bus bars.
The installed monitor should not have an obvious tilting phenomenon. At this time, write down the number indicated by the counter, or adjust it to zero, and then it can be put into operation. After the power grid is powered on, record the leakage current value (milliampere meter reading) for later comparative analysis.
We only accept bulk order instead of retail sales, greatly appreciated for your kindly understanding.
