Yuanneng Power Hold “5S From the Heart” Project Kick-Off Meeting
On December 6th, 2023, Yuaneng cooperated with Hongjia Consulting Company to hold the “5S from the Heart” project kick-off meeting. At the meeting, Mr. Xie Yanhai was specially hired as the consulting project manager of “5S from the heart and on-site visualization”.
The meeting received great attention from the company, and the participants were main responsible persons from various workshops, including the following:

At the meeting, Mr. Xie introduced to everyone what 5S is? 5S is the abbreviation of five English words starting with S. The five English words starting with S are SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU and SHITSUKE, and their corresponding meaning is to organize, orderliness, cleanliness, standardize and discipline.
